Why chicken wing sales are down?

Cheap, dependable delivery meals converted what was once an uncommon appetizers into a daily meal.

According to Bloomberg, Wing Stop's first-quarter revenue rose 31.9%.Other restaurants quickly followed suit.

According to The Verge, restaurants that didn't offer wings added them to menus, and national wing sales jumped 10% between April 2020 and February 2021.

Most U.S. eateries have reopened a year later.

Some restaurants attempted to address this by taking the loss (easier for larger firms) or decreasing personnel, but currently even that is inadequate.
