Netflix has advised its staff to quit if they are offended by its material.
Variety first reported the instruction in a document headed "Netflix Culture - Seeking Excellence."
"As workers, we embrace Netflix's commitment to diversity, even if certain titles conflict with our personal beliefs," the statement adds.
"Depending on your function, you may need to work on hazardous titles," the message said.
The company warns that "supporting our content breadth may not be possible."
Employees walked out when Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos aired Dave Chappelle's programme despite its anti-transgender slurs.
