(ABC4) IRON COUNTY, UTAH Friday, Utah Highway Patrol (UHP) officers uncovered substantial quantity of narcotics in two people's automobile.

A UHP trooper noticed a northbound automobile on I-15 at milepost 71 about 3:20 p.m.

The trooper watched the automobile signal briefly before changing lanes and saw darker-than-legal window tint.

When the trooper stopped the automobile, he smelled cooked marijuana.

Authorities said neither driver possessed a medicinal marijuana licence.
